Durability
All Caliber Grilles fabricated out of stainless steel undergo a process of being completely submerged in a cleaning solution for twelve hours to ensure that all contaminates are removed from the welds and the surface of the milled Stainless Steel.
Maintenance
Because the Caliber Safety Grille is not constructed with moving parts which could seize in the harsh environment in which they are placed. The only maintenance required is a reapplication of waterproof grease on the one set screw if the grille is removed to gain access to the network. The grilles are sold with a set screw already protected with a high quality waterproof grease.
