Safety Grilles


Caliber Products now have a new and improved range of Grilles approved by Watercare for use in their networks. The new grille does not require any tools to install and it can be installed securely by hand in less than thirty seconds, removal a similar amount of time. The Grilles comply with the Load requirements as set by Watercare of AS3996-2006 Class A.

Quality Assurance

    Tested to AS3996-2006 Class A
    Tested by Opus International Consultants using the Shimadzo REH100TV
      Universal Testing Machine complying with the Class 1 International
      Standard EN 7500-1:2004
    All Grilles undergo a Pickling and Passivation process by Spiraweld
      Stainless Industries Ltd to remove all welding and mill scale
      contaminates to ensure a long life of the product.
    The Grilles are manufactured in 316L Stainless Steel.

Installation

    Open cover
    Ensure the Grille is in the correct position by lining up the model label or the IP and Design tag with the hinge.
    Lower and slide into position then tighten set screw with your fingers.
    Installation complete.
